1. Ordering

 

We have in place a stringent order process to avoid miscommunications and to ensure that you get the goods printed the way you want it! 
Read below for our ordering process!

  • Drop us an email or whatsapp with your design and quantity to get a quotation from us
  • Once quotation is approved, we will proceed to do up a design proposal for you
  • Make a deposit or full payment depending on total quantity
  • Approve the final sizes,design through the confirmation email
  • Production time 5-7 working days for your products to be ready if you are printing on ready made apparels
  • Production time 3-4 weeks for customized apparels or large quantity production
  • Pick up at our office or opt for delivery to your door step
  • Cancellation of orders will not be allowed once order has been processed for printing

 

 

2. Pricing

 

There are definitely companies who does it cheaper than us, however what you are paying for is a peace of mind that your printing is in good hands.

 

From selection of apparel to printing methods and delivery timing, we got it covered.

Read below for pricing tips!

  • Print fewer colours. Each colour requires its own template, which will incur additional costs
  • Print on fewer sides and locations. Printing on the front and back of the t-shirt would cost more as compared to printing on the front only
  • Print a smaller design. A3-sized designs are more expensive than A4-sized designs
  • Ordering larger quantities will reduce the cost for each garment, awarding you with a better deal
  • Minimise the type of printing methods used. A combination of embroidery and silkscreen would be pricier than if you were to only use silkscreen
  • We are GST registered, prices quoted are generally before GST charges, please clarify with our representative before confirmation of order
  • Let us know the exact budget per piece and we will be able to advise

 

 

 

 

3. Design

 

 

We have printed for NIKE, Offwhite where designs are adjusted to the milimetres.

 

We have also digitalize handdrawn skteched to printable artwork, read below for design tips!

  • It is highly recommended to submit your designs through our design platform
  • Manual submission of artwork should ideally be in JPEG,PNG,AI,EPS,SVG,PSD with a minimum of 300dpi
  • In the event that the artwork is too pixelated for printing, our designer will re-draw the artwork, kindly allow 1-2 working days as re-drawing is time consuming
  • Complimentary artwork adjustments services are provided only after order is confirmed
  • Design proposals include all final details for printing, please notify our representative before confirmation should there be an error
  • Once designs are confirmed, no adjustments will be allowed as we have already proceeded to make a mould for printing
  • Design from scatch services are available case to case basis, prices starts from $80

 

 

4. Products

 

Yes we do carry quite a number of brands under us for printing and for your selection! Generally if there is no specific request, we will be using our in-house brands that's made in Malaysia. 

 

Given the number of choices, it will be best to drop by our office to feel and touch the different type of apparel & brands that we carry so that you can choose the one that suit you the most!

 

A general rule of thumb would be to identify whether you would prefer cotton or dri-fit, then we can show you the types of cotton & dri-fit shirts to choose from!

 

For jackets and windbreakers, our in-house brands are thinner compared to Gildan, hence more suitable for local weather.

 

But of course if you are permanently in an air con environment, a gildan hoodie will do the job better as it's thicker!

 

  • Identify the use of the apparel or product
  • If you are unsure, feel free to share more details with our representative, we will be able to advise
  • Drifit are suitable for eg. Sport events, Class T-shirts, Team Bonding, Roadshows
  • Cotton are suitable for eg. Office wear, indoor event, team outing
  • If the product that you want is not listed, feel free to inform us, we can get i customized for you
  • Customization has a MOQ of 50 pieces and above and a lead time of 4-6 weeks

 

 

 

 

 

5. Printing

 

We offer a variety of printing services here at EL Print. Please read below to find out more, and of course if you are still unsure, our representatives can propose and advise as well!

  • Silkscreen Printing
    - Ideal for 1 standard design printed across all apparels, MOQ 10pcs for silkscreen mould set up
    - Charged by number of colors and number of sides printed
    - Recommended for solid color printing with no shadows
    - Gradient printing can be achieved through half-tone at a higher charge
     
  • Vinyl Printing
    - Commonly used for jersey printing for individual name + number
    - Charged by size of print
    - Printing is done in 1 color, solid designs with no gradient or shadows
    - This method requires machine cutting of material before printing, hence avoid super fine details
     
  • Digital Transfer
    - Commonly used for full color printing of logos up to A3 size
    - Charges by size of print
    - Full color with gradient and shadows are achievable 
    - Designs are printed onto material and then transferred onto the apparel under heat and pressure
     
  • Embroidery
    - Machines stitched logos 
    - Charged by size of print and number of stitches
    - Commonly used for widbreaker,caps and polo tee
     
  • Dye Sublimation
    - Only can be printed on Dri Fit fabric
    - Full design, seam to seam printing including collar and cuffs
    - MOQ of 50pcs and lead time of 3-4 weeks
    - The entire tshirt is your canvas to design with no restrains
     
  • Direct To Garment (DTG)
    - Latest technology in the fabric printing industry
    - Designs are printed directly onto the apparel through a CMYKW machine
    - Prints tends to look a little faded after printing
    - Inks seeps into the fabric, hence printing cannot be felt on the apparel surface

 

 

 

 

6. Delivery

 

By land, sea or air, we will get the products to your designated location. 

  • Local delivery are chargeable at $25 per location for Singapore
  • Tuas, Sentosa or guarded compounds will incur additional delivery charges
  • Delivery locations only accessible by steps will also incur additional charges case to case basis
  • We ship internationally to most countries and by air freight or DHL if it's urgent
  • Shipping or Air freight charges can be quoted together with the order to facilitate easy payments
