8 Simple Steps to customizing your tshirt

  At EL Print, we believe in a hassle-free tshirt printing process for all! Here’s a step-by-step guide that would ensure that you receive your tshirt orders within the shortest time possible! There’s endless possibilities with customization, so if you have any special requests for your order, you can reach us here, our friendly staff would be glad to be of assistance.

Step 1: Enquire for a free quotation

Choose an apparel from here and customize it to your liking! Once you are happy with your design, click “Submit Design” for a free quotation. Don’t forget to let us know the quantity needed and when you need it. We will respond within 2 working days, but often, we can’t wait to assist you, so likely you will hear from us even sooner!

Step 2: Printing consultation

Our design and production team will evaluate your design and we will advise you on the ideal production method to ensure that your design comes out just the way you have imagined. If there’s customized name and/or number, we have a user-friendly template to make it easy for you to collate everyone’s choice of name and/or number.

Step 3: Approve tshirt mock-up

Once you have agreed on the quotation provided, we will provide you with a digital preview of your order within 1 to 2 working days for your approval. You can share this preview with your classmates, friends or colleagues.

Step 4: Order confirmation and payment

One last check before the magic happens! A confirmation email will be sent to you and all you need to do is to check and acknowledge. We will only require 50% payment for the order to be processed, the balance will only be required upon receiving your order.

Step 5: Production

Your order is brewing. Here’s when we will do all the heavy lifting while you enjoy a cuppa.

Step 6: Quality Checks

With 100% of our tshirt printing done in-house, we ensure strict quality checks on all our client’s orders so that you don’t have to worry about checking your orders piece by piece.

Step 7: Your order is ready!

Remember we said hassle-free printing process? Orders can be self-collected, mailed or couriered, more delivery information can be found here. If you have special delivery requests, let us know, we will do our utmost best to facilitate it.

Step 8: Share!
